Title Request for Proposals: Irrigation Impact Evaluation Survey
Description

CAVAC would like to carry out an impact evaluation survey to understand the impacts of its irrigation schemes at the farmer level. It is expected that the findings of this survey will document key achievements, lessons learned and those aspects that can be scaled up by stakeholders within the water sector.

The Program intends to engage either a syndicate of two individual consultants (a Lead Consultant and a Qualitative Data Analyst) who are based in Cambodia, or a firm with qualified individuals in-country, who will work with CAVAC’s staff to carry out this survey.

We expect that a maximum of 35 days of input will be required by each consultant to successfully complete the survey, and that the final survey report will be finalized by February 2022.

Qualified individuals and firms are invited to submit proposals to recruitment@cavackh.org by Sunday 26 September.

The Terms of Reference for the survey and submission instructions are presented in the RFP.
